Pricing below covers homes up to 2,500 finished square feet. Larger properties add a tier — the whole scale is on the sheet, not behind a phone call.
Cancellations inside 24 hours, or a property that isn't ready when I arrive, are billed at half the package rate. Images are licensed to the listing agent and brokerage for the sale of the property; they don't transfer to the next agent if the listing changes hands.
Before the shoot
Four steps, start to finish. The only one that needs anything from you is the second.
Send the address, approximate square footage, package and access details. A confirmed two-hour window comes back the same day.
Counters clear, blinds open, lights on, cars off the driveway, pet bowls and trash bins out of frame. A prep checklist goes out with every confirmation.
One to two hours on site depending on the package. No one needs to be present — a lockbox code works fine.
A download link by noon the next business day, with MLS-sized, full-resolution and vertical social sets already separated.
